Safari Coffee

A rare find these days when its available its has a fantastic smooth profile much like a good Colombian or Hawaiian Kona. Delicate and dry with mild acidity. Roasted light & mellow we also like to use it in our blends. 

The only coffee grown in the United States on the Kona coast of Hawaii these beans are sourced from Greenwell Farms.  This mild and smooth coffee is fairly expensive because of the great demand in the Asian market.  A good substitute for Jamaican Blue Mountain.

A recent addition to the Safari menu this coffee got its name from the monsooned winds of the region that dryed the coffee during transport on the clipper ships bound for Europe. This bean has a nutty mellow profile and is worth trying for its unique contrast to other coffees.
